Welcome to Mahajanz Car Bazar Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of our car detailing services. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read the following information carefully before using our services.
### 1. General Information
Mahajanz Car Bazar Ltd. provides professional car detailing services to enhance the appearance and maintain the cleanliness of vehicles. These services include exterior washes, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and other detailing services as described on our website or communicated by our staff.
### 2. Services
We offer a variety of car detailing services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Exterior Hand Wash
- Interior Vacuuming and Cleaning
- Paint Protection and Polishing
- Upholstery and Carpet Cleaning
- Engine Bay Cleaning
- Odor Removal

### 3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To reserve a detailing service, customers may book online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time the service is completed. We accept Master cards, credit cards, debit cards, cash, e-trasnfer, American express, Certified Cheques. Prices for services are as quoted and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle or additional services requested.
- Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
### 4. Customer Responsibilities
- Access to the Vehicle: Customers must ensure that their vehicle is accessible at the time of the appointment. If the vehicle is locked or inaccessible, additional charges may apply, or the appointment may be rescheduled.
- Personal Items: Customers are responsible for removing personal items from their vehicles before the detailing service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle during the detailing.
- Vehicle Condition: By booking our services, you confirm that your vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing. If your vehicle has excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, or other issues that require additional cleaning, we may charge extra fees or inform you if the service cannot be performed as initially agreed.
### 5. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
- Pre-existing Damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including scratches, dents, or paint defects. Our services are intended to clean and maintain the vehicle, not to repair any damage.
- Stains and Odors: While we use professional-grade cleaning products and techniques to address stains and odors, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants.
- Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to reschedule outdoor detailing services in the event of inclement weather, as this may affect the quality of the service.
### 6. Liability and Damages
We take great care when providing our services, but we cannot be held liable for any damages caused to your vehicle during the detailing process, except where damages arise directly from our negligence or intentional misconduct. In such cases, liability is limited to the cost of the service or the repair costs up to the value of the service.
- No Liability for Personal Property: We are not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, personal items left in the vehicle during detailing. Customers should remove all personal property before service.
- Limitations on Liability: Our liability for any damage or loss, regardless of cause, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the detailing service.
### 7. Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking a service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
### 8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:
- The vehicle is in poor condition (e.g., excessive filth, infestation, etc.).
- Failure to comply with our terms, including non-payment.
- Unruly behavior or harassment toward our staff.
- The customer’s failure to provide necessary access or information.
### 9. Changes to Services and Pricing
We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue services, pricing, and promotions at any time. Any changes to these terms will be posted on our website, and services booked prior to any changes will be honored at the original price.
### 10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada.
### 11. Indemnity
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahajanz Car Bazar Ltd. , its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services.
